Common Support Topics
- If a result does not calculate, confirm the time fields use positive numbers and that custom distances are greater than zero.
- Saved calculations live on the device. Reinstalling the app or erasing the device can remove local saved results.
- The app does not require an account, subscription, internet connection, ads, analytics, or location permission.
- For same-day Bears TC schedule changes, use the team communication channel first. This page only covers the pace calculator app.
Privacy Questions
The privacy policy is available at bears-pace-privacy.html. The short version: Bears Pace does not collect data, does not track users, and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
